ID Card Form for Fifth Year BArch and Fourth Year BE Students
Fifth Year BArch and Fourth Year BE students can get ID card of extended validity up to Baisakh 2078. To get the ID card of extended validity students can download the following pdf form files. One pdf file has id card form for one student and another file has forms that can be filled by eight students. You can download the pdf form of your choice, fill it with the required parameters, color print that file in at least 130 gsm paper, attach your photo and submit to campus for Campus Chief’s signature and Campus Stamp.
